My property is a new build with warranty so I questioned whether or not to get an inspection - it was worth every penny. James was incredibly thorough with great attention to detail. All concerns/recommendations/deficiencies were well documented with photo and even video evidence as needed. Areas of concern were highlighted and explanation provided. Following the inspection, James provided a concise explanation of noted deficiencies, explained things in general terms for easy understanding and provided a tour to help me understand what/where/why. The final report was provided digitally for convenient access in a very detailed 57 page report outlining everything covered and more.
